The Role
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the Mobile Crisis Team and Crisis Stabilization Team, providing clinical assessment and evaluation services in the community, and supervising all related program staff. As a supervisor, this person is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the MCT and Crisis Stabilization Team. They carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the ASG Handbook and perform planning, assigning, directing work, appraises performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. This employee is considered to be essential personnel.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee may be required to ride in a vehicle for extended periods of time and walk to wherever is necessary to perform assessment. As we operate as a 9AM-12AM/365 day per year service, Clinical Coordinator’s must be available for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts, as scheduled. While every effort may be made to create a schedule that meets the individual staff person’s needs, the schedule is created first and foremost to meet the needs of the program.
