Executive Assistant
Position Available July 14, 2025
Skills: Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, email
marketing platforms, website content management, Canva and various
social media platforms.
Education: Associate degree or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum five (5) years office or related experience, preferably in
bookkeeping, office and calendar management and customer relations.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping: accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor and
sponsor invoicing, membership dues invoicing; daily bank deposits and
batching.
Administrative: Database management and reporting; preparing and
supporting various committee meetings, programs, and events;
maintaining website content; supporting Executive Director with
projects as needed.
Membership: Member management software data entry and correction;
process new membership applications for approval; follow-up
introduction to new members; outreach to law schools, law firms,
judiciary and state agencies.
Events: Preparing for events and programs by creating events in member
management software; outreach to venues, speakers, hosts and attendees;
hosting events and programs; (virtual, in-house and at outside venues).
Marketing: Creating event and program flyers to advertise events using Canva; creating events and programs on website and social media, social
media publication of announcements, updates and event photos.
Hours: Full-time, hybrid 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Occasional evening and weekend hours for events.
Two weeks’ vacation (plus days earned for each year of employment).
Five sick days.
Paid government holidays (13 days).
One week office closure from Christmas through New Year’s Day
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 (Based on experience)
Christmas Bonus.
Discretionary Fiscal Year-end Bonus.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director.
*Employee is eligible to participate after one years’ employment and $5,000 earned salary within the calendar year. Employee contribution is $10,000 maximum, per year. BCBA will match employee contribution, dollar-for-dollar, up to the maximum of three (3%) percent of employee’s salary.
