The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of our scholarship programs.
What you’ll do
• Support day-to-day scholarship operations and program logistics
• Enter, update, and maintain records in our database (accuracy matters!)
• Compile information in spreadsheets and help pull simple reports
• Monitor a shared inbox and respond to questions from Scholars and families
• Format, prepare, and send program communications
What will help you succeed
• You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling a few deadlines at once
• You communicate clearly and enjoy helping people (email + phone)
• You’re detail-oriented and like working with data, checklists, and processes
• You’re proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Bonus if you’ve used tools like Slate, Canvas, Asana, Salesforce, or Canva (not required)
Compensation & benefits
Salary range: $50,000–$58,000, plus a comprehensive and generous benefits.
