The LIFT Fund seeks a Director of Impact and Learning to join its growing team to lead its impact and learning. The Director of Impact and Learning will collaborate closely with the Leadership team, including the Executive Director, Deputy Director, Director of Strategic Initiatives, and Director of Program and Strategy to develop the vision and lead execution of LIFT’s evaluative work. This work includes the refinement of our existing impact frameworks, identifying opportunities for evaluation in collaboration across all levels of our organization, and supporting research, writing, and briefings. This role will also be responsible for communicating learnings and maintaining relationships to ensure ongoing data collection from partners, document lessons, and develop recommendations for improving our practice in current and future projects.

This position is employed by Neighborhood Funders Group, which is the LIFT Fund’s fiscal sponsor. The staff members of NFG are represented by CWA Local 9415 and this position is currently configured to be part of the bargaining unit.
