Join the MLA team and be a key part of the implementation of MLA Pathways, a major Mellon-funded initiative supporting recruitment, retention, and career readiness for humanities undergraduates.
You will support all program activities of Pathways. These include providing administrative support for the Pathways step and connections grants cycles and Consultancy Network, supporting logistics for Pathways convenings, and providing and coordinating editorial support for the Pathways tool kit and other related publications.
Requirements:
This is a full-time, hybrid position. The work can be done primarily remotely, but there is a requirement to work on-site at least one day a week at our office in downtown Manhattan. The position is temporary and will run from April 2026 to April 2029. You must be able to work legally in the United States. The annual salary is $60,000. The MLA provides generous vacation and sick time, flexible work hours, a 403(b) retirement plan, and individual health and dental plans with minimum shared premium cost.
