    Descrição

    Company Description

Plan A provides quality, affordable health care to underserved communities in the Mississippi Delta and Southwest Georgia region. Our research focuses on program evaluation and provision of care in rural communities.

    Role Description

The Program Evaluator is a full-time remote role open to candidates anywhere in the US. The program evaluator leads the evaluation of our clinical and outreach programs across sites. You'll design studies and evaluation tools, collect data through chart review in our EHR and surveys, and analyze the data to drive program evaluation and quality improvement. The Program Evaluator will prepare reports, manuscripts, and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to leadership, staff, and community partners. We're a small team so this role carries some light administrative work such as sending surveys and incentive gift cards.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Analytical Skills and Program Management abilities to design, implement, and refine evaluation plans.
    • Proficiency in Statistics and Data Analysis to interpret program data and generate evidence-based recommendations.
    • Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
    • Experience with evaluation methods, impact measurement, and performance metrics in health or social services settings.
    • Familiarity with Qualtrics and chart review research using EHRs.
    • Demonstrated commitment to health equity and serving underserved communities.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Please do not submit an application if you have no research experience, it's not an efficient use of your or our time!
