About Spark Kindness: Spark Kindness, Inc. is a small and growing grassroots nonprofit organization based in Natick, Massachusetts. Spark’s mission is simple, yet transformational: to build a kinder world where no one feels alone, bullied, unsupported, or unconnected. Spark does this by offering free, practical, and highly accessible programming and resources to the entire community. Over the past 15 years, Spark has offered hundreds of free large and small group programs and resources supporting prosocial behavior (kindness, empathy, and service), mental health, resilience, and well-being. What makes Spark's work particularly impactful is what it provides beyond free programming: namely, a network of support, resources, and opportunities to connect during challenging times. For this work, Spark has received numerous awards and recognition from both local and state-wide leaders and organizations.
Equal Opportunity & DEI Statement: A core principle of Spark Kindness is that “kindness without justice is incomplete.” Our organization is committed to the work of kindness and justice and the core values of diversity, equity, belonging, community connection, inclusion, and accessibility. We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status.
Our goal is to be a diverse workforce that is representative of the communities that we serve. We strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, people of all ages, and veterans to apply.
