Position Overview:

The P/T Finance Analyst is responsible for a wide range of activities, including gathering data, organizing information, analyzing historical results, assisting with forecasts and projections, making recommendations, and generating Excel models, presentations, and reports.

Reports To: Assistant Executive Director - Financial & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with reconciling monthly finance reporting
• Assist with grant agreement requirements
• Assist with quarterly financial reporting for the board of directors
• Prepare monthly reports for the Finance & Operations Director
• Track expenses allocations to restricted projects
• Process expense reports using Concur
• Process invoices

Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Suite, Tableau and Concur
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and patient in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and self-starter attitude.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required

No. of Hours: 20 hours per week
