The Director of Development (Western Region) is a new, grant-funded role created through a three-year award. The position will strengthen and expand the fundraising capacity of Family Promise Affiliates in the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. The individual in this role will both build and deliver a replicable fundraising support framework—a model that can be used nationally to promote and enhance Affiliate fundraising. Working closely with Family Promise national staff and local leaders, the Director will provide hands-on assistance to Affiliates in their fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and grant development, while also teaching best practices that foster long-term sustainability. This role will report to the Chief Network Officer.

You enjoy collaborating on creative funding opportunities and are passionate about teaching others about fundraising best practices. Term: This is a three-year, grant-funded position with the possibility of extension contingent on funding and program outcomes.
Location: Remote within the Western U.S. or Pacific Northwest; approximately 30% travel expected.
