This role oversees two signature initiatives; the Volunteer Business Advisor: Whole School Leadership program and the Pamoja Learning Partners program. The person in this role will be responsible for community-building work that encourages each program to thrive.

The Director of Programming serves as an organizational bridge: collaborating with the Executive Director on strategy, partnering with the Communications Director on messaging, working with the Operations Manager on data tracking and workflows, and also stewarding external relationships, and building an internal culture of excellence. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and relationship builder who brings both programmatic rigor and a genuine passion for community impact.

Learning Partners share wisdom, kindness, and life experience with refugee and immigrant students entering the Early Childhood Education workforce in Colorado.

ECSC Volunteer Learning Partners offer encouragement, review coursework, practice professional communication, and most importantly, extend a welcoming hand. Through small acts of kindness, reliability, and genuine human connection, Learning Partners help nurture belonging across cultures and generations.
