Shape the Future: Teen Coordinator
Organization: Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield
Position Type: Part-Time (Up to 30 hours/week) | Non-Exempt
Reports To: Director of Impact
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week. Tuesday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Are you passionate about empowering young people and helping them unlock their full potential? The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is looking for an energetic, dedicated, and vision-driven Teen Coordinator to lead our Teen Center!
In this role, you won't just run programs—you’ll create a safe, vibrant, and inclusive space where local teens build confidence, explore career paths, develop leadership skills, and forge lifelong friendships. What You’ll Do
Lead & Innovate Teen Programs
- Drive Daily Operations: Oversee the energy and flow of our brand new Teen Center (scheduled to open January 2027), keeping it fun, safe, and welcoming.
- Empower Future Leaders: Develop and guide signature initiatives like Keystone, Torch Club, summer Junior Leaders, summer teen programming, and workforce readiness workshops.
- Grow the Community: Recruit, retain, and actively engage teen members through creative, high-quality experiences.
- Track Success: Monitor attendance, evaluate program outcomes, ensure quality, and support grant objectives.
Build & Mentor Your Team
- Coach & Inspire: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, mentors, and volunteers to foster an supportive team environment.
- Lead by Example: Coordinate schedules and provide on-the-ground coaching to keep team morale and program standards high.
Connect & Collaborate
- Expand Horizons: Build strong partnerships with families, schools, colleges, local employers, and community organizations to expand career and educational pathways for our teens.
- Champion the Club: Promote programs through community outreach, active social media presence, and local events as a proud ambassador for the Boys & Girls Club.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Youth Development, Human Services, Education, or a related field preferred—OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in youth development.
- Drive & Credentials: A valid driver’s license is required. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred (or the willingness to obtain it).
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational leadership, and an innate ability to connect authentically with teens.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and transport members when needed.
