CPD Trainer (Independent Course Creator – Revenue Share Model)

Apostolic Voice Education Trust (AVET) is inviting skilled educators, trainers, and industry professionals to join our CPD Academy as Independent CPD Trainers. This opportunity is ideal for experts who want to create and sell their own short professional development courses while leveraging AVET’s accreditation, LMS infrastructure, and global reach.

This is not a salaried job. Trainers earn income from course enrolment fees, and AVET provides the accreditation framework, hosting, and promotional support.

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete CPD course to be delivered within 3 months
• Create lesson plans, training videos, assessments, and learner resources
• Upload content to AVET’s LMS (support provided if needed)
• Facilitate online learning, answer questions, and support learners
• Ensure content meets CPD standards and AVET quality guidelines
• Maintain professionalism and Christian ethical values in all training
• Promote your course (AVET also provides marketing support)

Payment Model (Very Important for Transparency)

• This is a revenue-share model, not an employment contract
• Trainers earn up to 100% of course fees for their first 100 students (launch offer)
• After that, a small platform fee may apply to support LMS hosting and accreditation
• Payments are made monthly based on enrolment numbers
• AVET does not charge trainers upfront fees

Qualifications

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Certification in your subject area
• Experience teaching, training, or mentoring
• Ability to develop educational content independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with online learning tools
• Commitment to ethical and Christian-based leadership values
