Detalhes
Descrição
The CORner Store Manager is responsible for the daily upkeep in the CORner Store, COR’s always-free school-based grocery and clothing store. Our top priority is maintaining a clean, organized, and smoothly run store that allows families to shop with dignity and choice. The ideal candidate is VERY organized, systems-oriented, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty in order to keep things clean - we want to be able to eat off of the CORner Store floor, it’s so clean! Customer service skills are a must, and experience with merchandising is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Smooth Operating Systems: Establish and maintain systems that keep the CORner Store up to high quality standards of cleanliness, and organization.
- Work on a team: COR is a small but mighty team - we work closely to make sure everything runs smoothly across all programs, including in the CORner Store.
- Work closely with COR Students and Families: Be the face of the CORner Store - you will welcome families to shop. This is where you’ll show off those excellent customer service skills!
- Sorting Donations: We receive a LOT of donated goods, but only keep the highest quality offerings. You will help track, sort, and organize donations so they’re available to families ASAP!
- Data Collection and Reporting: Track and report CORner Store data in Sure Impact and facilitate client intake forms when applicable.
- Needs Assessment: Keep track of what our clients are seeking from the CORner Store. We aim to be responsive to community needs when possible.
