CodePath.org is hiring a Head of Development who will take full ownership of driving and executing the organization’s fundraising strategy, overseeing operations, managing a high-performance team, and delivering against aggressive revenue targets. This role is a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring that every donor relationship is maximized and every opportunity is capitalized.
As the operational lead of CodePath’s fundraising function, you will be responsible for building and executing scalable systems, managing day-to-day development operations, and delivering on ambitious philanthropy revenue OKRs. You will partner closely with the CEO to unlock high-level partnerships, close major gifts, and sustain strategic momentum. You’ll lead and grow a development team with clear performance expectations, optimize internal workflows, and execute with precision to support CodePath’s mission. You are a strategist who leads from the front, executes with urgency, and builds systems that scale.

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a Senior Director level position at an annual salary of $165,000 to $200,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
