Roles and Responsibilities
The Coordinator of Young Adult Services facilitates the coordination and delivery of quality client services, offers case management, and collaborates with external stakeholders to bolster young adult connections with outside agencies. Additionally, the Coordinator of Young Adult Services creates customized engagement plans, collects key outcome data, and serves as the primary source of support for guiding young adults experiencing homelessness through Breaktime’s three-year-long program model.

The Coordinator of Young Adult Services is an organized, detail-oriented, and skilled case manager who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, and is excited to learn and support the needs of Breaktime young adults within, outside, and beyond Breaktime’s programming.
