    Job Title: LCSW Program Manager

    Location: Santa Monica, CA (Three Days in the Field, Two Days in the Office)

    About Us

    The Coalition for Engaged Education (C-Youth) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving system-impacted youth across Los Angeles County. Through our trauma-informed, restorative, and strengths-based Mobile Case Management model, we support justice-impacted and current/former foster youth with the resources and relationships they need to thrive.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a mission-driven, experienced clinical leader to serve as our LCSW Program Manager. Reporting to the Director of Impact and Development, this individual will supervise a team of Case Resource Specialists (CRSs) and MSW interns, ensuring high-quality case management, adherence to grant goals, and engagement in programming. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Los Angeles County.

    Key Responsibilities

    Program & Staff Supervision

    • Provide clinical supervision to CRSs and MSW interns
    • Ensure quality documentation in the electronic health record (Apricot)
    • Monitor client caseloads and timely submission of service plans, consents, and notes
    • Plan and implement clinical training for staff
    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation

    Program Development & Operations

    • Support daily operations and uphold program quality standards
    • Collaborate on program design and grant-aligned benchmarks
    • Continue development of a robust MSW internship program
    • Coordinate with the Data Analyst for accurate data input and reporting
    • Participate in referral processes with DCFS, Probation, and the Public Defender’s Office

    Advocacy, Networking & Events

    • Support youth participation in community panels and symposiums
    • Represent the organization at community meetings, workshops, and events
    • Connect staff with field experts for professional development

    Clinical & Crisis Support

    • Assist in crisis response and transitions to higher levels of care as needed
    • Provide trauma-informed and restorative supervision and services
    • Maintain CEUs required for licensure and supervision

    Qualifications

    Education & Licensure

    • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
    • Valid California LCSW license (required)
    • Fully vaccinated (required)

    Experience

    • 3+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector
    • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
    • Experience with system-impacted youth (juvenile justice, foster care, etc.)
    • Experience supervising MSW interns and staff
    • Familiarity with public systems (Probation, DCFS, courts, schools)
    • Knowledge of program evaluation and data analysis

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong commitment to social justice and youth mental health
    • Proficient in trauma-informed care and restorative practices
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom
    • Knowledge of electronic health records (preferably Apricot)
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Spanish language skills are a plus

    Additional Requirements

    • Class C Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and insurance
    • Livescan background clearance required
    • Lived experience in the justice system is welcomed but not required
    • Three days in the field and two days in the office

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
