Strategic Planning Consultant

Juntos is seeking a consultant to guide us through a strategic planning process. The consultant will work closely with Juntos’ staff, board, community members, volunteers, and partners to assess our current position and co-create a strategic plan for the next 3-5 years. This is a contract position with no benefits.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) or some competency with Spanish preferred, but we will consider all qualified candidates regardless of language abilities. In addition, Juntos will pay for professional interpretation services for strategic planning sessions - regardless of the consultant's language skills - to support everyone’s full participation and shared understanding.
