    • Provide individualized advising on college applications, financial aid, scholarships, and postsecondary planning
    • Create a welcoming, supportive environment for undocumented youth, recent arrivals, and first-generation students
    • Collaborate with school-based teams and LSF staff to connect students with needed resources
    • Support the Programs Manager in developing curriculum, workshops, and educational materials in both Spanish and English
    • Manage mentor engagement, including communication with mentor-student pairs and tracking progress
    • Administer bilingual pre- and post-assessments, maintain accurate attendance, and track student outcomes
    • Oversee logistics for annual events such as Career Days, out-of-state college visits, and the LSF College Fair
    • Lead three one-week summer sessions for 20–25 students focused on intensive college preparation
    • Coordinate communication, virtual events, and engagement opportunities for LSF’s alumni program
    • Maintain student data and records through LSF databases and program management tools

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
    • Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, written and spoken
    • At least one to two years of experience working with high school youth in an after-school, nonprofit, or school setting (two or more preferred)

    • Comfort facilitating workshops and leading groups in Spanish and English
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay calm during busy program periods
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM or data systems is a plus
