    The Role

    You'll work closely with our Head of Growth, Polina, to help put FarmKind's message in front of hundreds of thousands of potential donors — and turn them into long-term supporters. This means both running the channels we know work and systematically testing the ones we don't yet. We have a pipeline of campaign ideas we want to test and we need someone who can design and execute those experiments, learn from them, and bring ideas of their own to the table.

    We're a small team, which means your judgment calls will visibly move the needle. You'll have real ownership over outcomes, not just tasks.

    What You'll Work On

    • Test new campaign ideas — designing experiments from our existing pipeline and your own, measuring results, and making clear-eyed calls on what to take forward
    • Run and improve our proven channels — sponsorships and creator/partner relationships
    • Grow and engage our donor base — writing for donors and newsletter subscribers, managing our MailChimp account, and improving conversion from one-off donors to repeat supporters
    • Contribute to our earned media efforts and platform improvement

    What We’re Looking For

    Essential

    • Value alignment:
      • Genuine concern for improving the lives of farmed animals
      • Open to changing your mind based on new evidence and comfortable saying "I don't know" – having a ‘Scout Mindset
      • Bias toward measuring impact and seeking data for decision-making
    • At least 3 years of marketing experience across several channels — we need a genuine generalist
    • Strong written communication skills, knowing how to keep a reader engaged and motivate them to take action
    • Being comfortable turning campaign data into clear conclusions and recommendations
    • Ability to identify opportunities and propose things we haven't thought of — not just work through a list
    • Good LLM skills — we use AI tools heavily as a team and actively encourage it; we're looking for someone who already knows how to use it beyond answering questions and writing texts
    • Ability to work independently in a startup environment where one person often handles a wide range of things
    • At least one of the following:
      • Design skills — creating simple social media graphics, editing AI-generated images, working in Canva or similar tools
      • Experience with MailChimp or similar email software
      • Experience updating or building Squarespace website pages
      • Experience building things via vibe coding

    Preferred

    • Previous nonprofit or fundraising marketing experience
    • Familiarity with LTV and what drives it
    • Experience in startup environments
    • Engagement with the farmed animal and/or effective giving movements

    Benefícios

    • 12-month (renewable) consultancy contract

    • Fully remote with flexible hours (access to free co-working space at Ambitious Impact’s office in London)
