Job Description
The Grants Development Office secures external funding for all BPHC programs. The office supports existing programs, new projects or projects created specifically in response to requests for proposals (RFPs). The Grants Development Office works with programs to identify funding opportunities, write grant application narratives, assist with the budget process, complete required forms and attachments, review for grant responsiveness, formatting requirements and completeness, compiles, create and submit final grant applications. In addition, the Grants Development Office assists with follow-up communications regarding the initial application. This includes working with BPHC grants program teams, in collaboration with Post Award, around the reporting, budgeting, funding restrictions, no cost extensions, invoicing processes, internal program budget review, and budget modification processes. The Grants Development Office works with principal investigators (PIs) and grant project staff to ensure compliance with project set up, terms and conditions of awards, BPHC policies, and regulations and post award amendments, progress reports etc.
