Key Responsibilities
Evaluation Frameworks & Systems
- Design and implement robust MEL frameworks for all organizational programs.
- Lead the planning and execution of evaluation cycles, including baseline, midline, and end-line studies.
- Align evaluation systems with program objectives and organizational strategy.
Data Collection & Analysis
- Develop digital and manual data collection tools for students, teachers, and community engagement programs.
- Utilize Python or R to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Manage data integrity, security, and quality assurance processes.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external research partners to ensure deliverables meet timelines.
- Present evaluation findings and insights to leadership, funders, and stakeholders.
Dashboards & Reporting
- Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor KPIs across multiple projects.
- Translate complex data into accessible reports and briefs for leadership and donors.
Capacity Building
- Train internal teams on data collection and the use of MEL systems.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Requisite Qualifications & Skills
- Technical: Proven experience using Python or R for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
- Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Analysis: Advanced statistical analysis skills and knowledge of evaluation methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bengali is considered an asset.
