    Descrição

    Organizational Overview

Do you want to help ensure that every organizer, advocate, and changemaker in the progressive

movement has what they need to create bold, people-powered change? Join us in making that

    vision a reality.

Launched in 2018, The Movement Cooperative (TMC) is a nonprofit member cooperative

uniting more than 90 national and state-based organizations and over 1,400 affiliates through

shared infrastructure and collaborative support. We bridge the gap between vision and

capacity—democratizing access to tools, data, and strategic expertise that help our members

organize more efficiently, campaign more effectively, and drive lasting impact across the

    movement.

As a cooperative, TMC is governed by and for its members, with a board(s) made up primarily of

staff from member organizations. Together, we’re reimagining what’s possible when movement

groups have the infrastructure they need to thrive.

in their approach to problem-solving and task management. The Development Operations

Admin will provide high-level data and operations management to the TMC Development Team

and will report to the Chief eXperience Officer (CXO).

    • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and overall administration of the Customer

Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all donor and partner records.

    • Perform timely and accurate entry of all new donor and gift data, ensuring

comprehensive and up-to-date records that support donor engagement and

    organizational compliance.

    • Create and maintain online donation forms and campaign pages within the CRM to

support digital fundraising initiatives, including webinars and special campaigns.

Development Analytics and Performance Tracking (25%)

strategic fundraising and donor engagement efforts.

    • Track and analyze fundraising progress, providing clear and actionable insights to

stakeholders to ensure alignment with revenue goals and donor stewardship priorities.

    • Develop and manage customized dashboards that monitor performance metrics for the

development team, CXO and CEO, including prospecting, cultivation, solicitation, and

    stewardship activities.

    • Ensure timely and transparent reporting of fundraising outcomes to internal teams and

external donors, reinforcing accountability and impact-driven communications.

    • Lead project management for development initiatives, ensuring effective coordination

with Communications and Finance on campaigns, grant budgets, database

    reconciliations, and donor engagement efforts.

leadership, and other TMC staff, ensuring thorough vetting and alignment with

    organizational priorities.
