What You Will Do
This is a temporary full-time role with the potential to transition to permanent, pending funding renewal. The anticipated start date for this position is September 2025 with a term through Jan. 31, 2026. You will report to the LeadOn Program Manager.
You’ll assist with the functionality of the Los Angeles County LeadOn and California Justice Leaders programs. The program coordinator will assist the program manager(s), senior program manager, and director of Leadership Programs with program planning and implementation, training, creating policies, protocols and procedures for various aspects of this program, coordinating logistics for training, member timekeeping development and program application, and working directly with participants. This position will assist with data collection and monitoring, help match members with placements sites, and provide member support and guidance.
This position will also be responsible for supporting logistics around member orientation, onboarding, ongoing training, and graduation. Travel responsibilities will include site visits to the surrounding Los Angeles County area.

This position is a temporary, nonexempt, salaried position with a rate of $4932 per month, less lawful deductions.
