• You are passionate about supporting students and families to build a strong foundation through engagement and guidance.
• You have experience creating culturally responsive onboarding and learning environments for youth and their families
• You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
• You have experience in project management, including the ability to manage calendars, deadlines. events and people toward shared goals
• You are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support students
• You are excited about working 100% in person Monday-Friday (generally 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., with flexibility during seasonal cycles); some weekend work required

Compensation: This position is full-Time, non-exempt. The full compensation range for the Scholar Recruitment & Family Engagement in Baltimore, MD is $62,000-$75,500/year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer around $65,375/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
