Independent Consultant

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Outreach to families in low-income communities
• Door-to-door canvassing and home assessment
• Assess homes for Energy Efficient measures and provide Utility Bill Assistance info
• Income qualify new customers and obtain required documentation
• Work is available in specific Los Angeles County ZIP codes, including: the San Gabriel Valley, the San Fernando Valley, East LA, and Antelope Valley

Bilingual in English, Spanish and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese or other Asian languages a plus)

Must have a valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle with insurance coverage and good driving record

Must pass employment and criminal background checks

As required, must attend classes and pass basic training

Must be able to get certified by CA Contractor State License Board as a Home Improvement Salesperson
