    The Global Policy Project (GP2) Advisor contributes to the design and execution of the Master of Public Policy and Global Affairs final capstone project: the Global Policy Project including scoping, recruitment, and ongoing stewardship of local, national and international client relationships. They oversee all core program development and activity that supports student success in GP2, including designing and delivering workshop content, and providing student-centered coaching and guidance on team dynamics, project management, and course deliverables. They also support GP2 Course Instructors to ensure a successful delivery of the curriculum, ethics approval, and a productive student learning experience. The GP2 Advisor is responsible for managing the fieldwork process including safety planning and travel funding. Establishing strong connections across the School of Public Policy and Global Affairs in work, practice, and community partnerships, the GP2 Advisor also contributes knowledge and experience in experiential and community-based learning programming, project management, and educational research to various projects, as needed at SPPGA including in the Office of Regional and International Community Engagement.
