Position Summary
Crossroads is seeking a full-time Development Manager to work out of our Duxbury office. As part of the Development and Communications team, the Development Manager aids the organization in meeting its ambitious fundraising goals. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage the development database and donor data, process and acknowledge donations, conduct research and analysis to aid in donor prospecting and stewardship, and organize and execute events and engagement activities sponsored by the development department. This position is based at the Crossroads administrative offices in Duxbury, with remote work options, but typically requires in-office work at least 3-days/week.
The ideal candidate for the role will excel in project coordination and have strong writing and organizational skills. They will demonstrate finesse in interacting with a variety of constituents, possess valuable experience in project management, and exhibit an ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects concurrently, each at different stages in their respective timelines.
