Title: Case Manager -Multiple openings
Location: Greater Eastside locations, WA
Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours a week, Shifts range Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm or 10:30am-7:00pm. The initial 2-week training is in-person at a Hopelink worksite. After training, hybrid with in-person and some remote schedule options available.
Case Managers are assigned to support one or more Hopelink sites based on client and organizational needs.

The career opportunity:
Hopelink provides vital resources to people experiencing financial and housing instability in our community. The Case Manager provides assessment, advocacy, referrals, and other support services to low-income families in shelter, transitional, non-time limited housing programs as well as community-based settings. The primary goal is to help families, through their own resilience, to make positive life changes and substantial progress towards self-sufficiency, with a focus on increasing income & obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, compassionate, excited to learn, and is a team player who works well in a collaborative team environment alongside community partners. A combination of on-site and remote options is available for this role after training period is complete and job proficiency is demonstrated. Case Managers are assigned to support one or more Hopelink sites based on client and organizational needs.
