- Help reduce silos through collaboration, reflection, shared learning, and stronger communication practices.
- Support organizational weaving efforts while respecting the unique needs, relationships, and priorities of individual geographies and initiatives.
- Strengthen pathways between community spaces, leadership opportunities, programs, and initiatives to help ensure relationships and learning do not operate in isolation.
Documentation, Data, and Reporting
- Coordinate collection of participation data, demographics, stories, outcomes, and information gathered across neighborhood spaces and initiatives.
- Develop reports, summaries, dashboards, and documentation that support organizational learning, grant reporting, fundraising, communications, and storytelling.

We recognize that community work creates many pathways for experience and leadership. Candidates may bring these qualifications through professional, volunteer, community, educational, or lived experiences. We value demonstrated commitment to relationship centered work, racial justice, economic equity, and strengthening communities regardless of how that experience was gained.
