Reporting to the Director of Development, the Development Associate is an essential member of a donor engagement team working to create an outstanding experience for members of the Society of the Cincinnati and supporters of the American Revolution Institute. The incumbent is responsible for producing timely, accurate and thoughtful acknowledgments and receipts and assisting in developing and delivering donor cultivation and stewardship communications and activities. This position is located at Anderson House in Washington, D.C.

Gift Management & Donor Stewardship (80%):
The Society of the Cincinnati provides health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. After one year of employment, employees are eligible for employer-only contributions to an employer-sponsored 401(k) plan. A Metrorail monthly stipend is provided to employees who use public transportation. The Society offers a leave package that includes: 10 vacation days (pro-rated in the first year of employment), 12 sick days, 13 paid holidays, and 1 flex holiday.
