We're hiring a Chief Mischief Officer - yes, that's the actual title - to cause the right kind of trouble for Tanzania's boldest foundation. Every day at MDF, somebody's eyesight is restored in Kondoa, a kid from rural Singida lands a university scholarship, a village turns on its first clean water tap. Your job is to take those moments and turn them into content that stops Gen Z mid-scroll, lives rent-free in their group chats, and makes the diaspora call their mom. Think TikToks shot at eye camps, AI-generated mini-docs about water wells, voice-cloned beneficiary stories in Kiswahili, memes that make policy nerds laugh out loud. Reels, threads, Shorts, weird experiments nobody's tried yet - all of it. If it's been done before, we're probably not interested.

You will not write press releases. You will not "leverage synergies." You will travel - Singida, Morogoro, Tanga, Mwanza, Kondoa — and come back with dust on your shoes and gold on your phone. You'll have a real budget for AI tools, explicit permission to experiment (and yes, to fail loudly), and a foundation that will back your weirdest idea if it serves the mission. We work across Education & Enterprise, Healthcare, and Water & Climate - three pillars, infinite stories. If you've ever been told your ideas are "too out there," congratulations: that's literally the job description.
