FTE Program & Culinary Support Specialist

Threshold Clubhouse is an outstanding evidence-based clubhouse model program located in Durham NC. This FTE position is an opportunity to be a part of this transformative model of recovery for adults diagnosed with severe mental illness.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing, Planning, and facilitating meals cooked for and with Threshold members.
• Create engaging health and wellness activities.
• Menu Planning and health and wellness programming.
• Managing a member caseload of 10-20.

We Need Someone With:

• A degree in a relevant field (BA/BS or OTA).
• Experience with mental health populations (a big plus).
• A valid NC driver's license and the ability to travel for training.
• The necessary certifications:
• First Aid/CPR.
• A satisfactory background check.
