Fellowship Director, Operations & Impact

The Fellowship Director, Operations & Impact is the operational backbone of the JYC Impact Fellowship and the primary leader of its social impact dimension. You will manage the fellowship’s day-to-day operations, serve as tour manager on all international tours, coach fellows on their individual community impact projects, lead monitoring and evaluation, and cultivate in-country partnerships across Jerusalem. You share leadership of the fellowship with a director of the fellowship’s artistic and educational programming, with clearly delineated domains of authority. You both report to the Founder & Artistic Director, Micah Hendler.

Preferred fluency in Arabic, Hebrew, and English.
