We're looking for a highly organized and communicative HR Coordinator to join our team. As the backbone of our office, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Overview
The HR Coordinator is responsible for key Human Resources functions including staff recruitment, applicant tracking, onboarding, offboarding and hiring support. They maintain employee records, ensure accuracy of HR-related data, support HR compliance requirements, workers comp and unemployment claims, and benefits administration. They advise staff on FMLA and other personnel issues.
Additionally, the HR Coordinator manages procurement of supplies and works with staff to identify workstation needs. They are responsible for receiving and distribution of packages and donations.

Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $58,000 depending on education and experience.
