    About the Role

    The Digital Partnerships Specialist plays a key role in advancing BPL’s mission by partnering with schools and organizations using BPL’s technologies and tools, with a primary focus of supporting partners in the implementation of BPL Digital Platforms (ImBlaze and B-Unbound). This role helps ensure users experience meaningful, successful implementation and ongoing support so that the platforms strengthen student-centered learning and real-world connections.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and is energized by building systems, relationships, and solutions that help leaders, educators and youth flourish.

    Role Overview

    • Location: Remote, U.S.-based
    • Reports To: Senior Digital Partnerships Manager
    • Employment Type: Full-Time
    • Travel: Occasional travel for annual conferences and team gatherings

    What You’ll Do

    Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    ImBlaze Onboarding and Support (95%)

    • Lead the technical onboarding and ongoing technical support for new and recurring partners using ImBlaze and B-Unbound.
    • Daily monitoring, investigation, and documentation of partner success and progress
    • Build, update, and contribute to existing implementation and training resources.
    • Investigate and report user issues/challenges and new feature requests. Help the team prioritize requests within the broader digital team roadmap and triage cases.
    • Attend and contribute to regular internal customer success meetings and check-ins.
    • Facilitate digital and programmatic user group ongoing virtual meetings.
    • Support regional and national professional development (Communities of Practice) events.

    General (5%)

    • Be a Big Picture Learning Champion. Demonstrate understanding of the Big Picture Distinguishers, own the mission, and be an activist.
    • Support, participate in, and attend annual BPL conferences and other org-wide events as needed
    • Other responsibilities may be assigned based on organizational need and individual skills and interests.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Demonstrated professional experience and leadership are prioritized; an undergraduate or advanced degree may be helpful if from a relevant discipline, but is not required.
    • Demonstrated comfort and curiosity with digital tools and systems, with a particular eagerness to understand data systems.
    • Strong internal accountability and the ability to work remotely (especially important due to the geographic spread of BPL’s work and our virtual teams).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent responsiveness and communication, with a commitment to timely partner support, clear follow-up and ability to effectively listen and employ empathy to craft solutions.
    • Ability to create clear, practical support materials, such as guides, templates, and short resources that help partners successfully use BPL’s digital platforms.
    • Demonstrated problem solving skills paired with a willingness to ask for help
    • High comfort using and learning new technologies (i.e., Google Suite, Salesforce, Calendly, Zoom).
    • Occasional travel, as needed.

    Compensation

    The starting annual salary for this position is $60,000.

    Big Picture Learning uses a transparent and consistent compensation model grounded in fairness and objectivity. Each role is benchmarked based on its scope, responsibilities, and required experience using industry data and cost-of-labor analysis. To promote consistency and reduce bias in compensation decisions, starting salaries are predetermined within our structured framework and are not subject to negotiation.

    • Reimbursement for approved organizational travel
