    Job Description Summary:

    The Program Facilitator supports the delivery of LMP’s program content and implementation, prioritizing program objectives and production of high-quality work products. The Program Facilitator is responsible for planning, implementing, and facilitating LMP’s programs under the supervision of LMP staff.

    The Program Facilitator works independently and collaboratively with LMP staff to support the development, implementation, and data collection for programmatic evaluations. Other responsibilities include serving as an effective LMP representative and establishing and maintaining partnerships to advance LMP’s mission to change systems and culture.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Facilitate short-form and long-form programs and workshops with diverse audiences
    • Facilitate programs virtually and in person
    • Participate in post-program debrief meetings with the LMP team
    • Assist in the development of new programs and update existing programs for continuous improvement
    • Assist with post-program reporting and evaluations
    • Engage in national, state, and local-level relationship building to increase LMP’s visibility and ensure strategic programmatic and organizational growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual with facilitation experience to grow and support the development of new, innovative programs for scalability, impact, and broader systems change. A successful candidate will support content creation and thrive in a collaborative, purpose-driven work environment.

    Specific Requirements Include:

    • 5+ years of in-person facilitation experience
    • 2+ years of virtual facilitation experience utilizing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver material through trauma-informed, mindfulness, and healing-centered approaches
    • Background in mental health, public health, organizational psychology, or leading organizational change initiatives
    • Deep understanding of current and emerging issues in mental and public health
    • Extensive experience working with historically marginalized communities
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines
    • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a deep commitment to LMP’s mission to address the mental health crisis through systemic and cultural transformation
    • Demonstrated commitment to fostering equity, justice, inclusion, and belonging in group and institutional settings

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bilingual with the ability to facilitate programming in Spanish
    • Lived or professional experience working within educational systems (e.g., schools, districts, youth-serving agencies, Head Start)

    Offer Includes:

    • Hours worked fluctuate to meet demand for program deliveries
    • Hourly rate commensurate with experience
