La Raza Centro Legal, San Francisco is a non-profit community legal aid office that provides legal representation and counsel to low-income community members and immigrants in San Francisco, San Mateo County, and the Bay Area region. We assist those in need with free legal services in Immigration law, Elder and Disability law including general civil rights matters, and Workers’ Rights.
La Raza Centro Legal, San Francisco was founded in 1973, and since that time has partnered with the community so that justice may prevail. Each year, La Raza Centro Legal, San Francisco serves over 4,000 individuals and is one of the leading civil rights legal aid organizations in the Bay Area. Job Description
The Staff Attorney - Affirmative Immigration Law Program will represent clients with immigration cases, focusing on affirmative filings. The attorney will manage an individual caseload and will also contribute to community outreach events, clinics and presentations, grant reporting, fundraising efforts, assist with supervising volunteers/interns/law clerks, and pro bono attorney recruitment, mentorship, training and supervision, and other tasks.

Fluent, bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English; able to take a declaration in Spanish.
