initiatives, and Doula Hub. You’ll lead the staff, systems, and infrastructure behind our full

continuum of doula training, apprenticeship, employment, and community engagement, making

sure programs run well, our team is supported and accountable, and our workforce pathways

stay aligned with our mission and commitment to birth justice.

    What You’ll Do

    • Supervise, coach, and support a team that includes KBC Lead Doulas, the Doula Hub

Coordinator, the Workforce & Outreach Coordinator, and KBC Doulas.

    • Strengthen workforce pathways from training through apprenticeship, employment, and

    independent community doula practice.

    • Oversee program quality and compliance, including Compyle documentation audits and

    managed care and HIPAA requirements.

    • Monitor program outcomes and workforce metrics and support funder reporting and

    evaluation.

    • Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning across programs.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Five or more years of supervisory, workforce development, program management, or

    operational leadership experience.

    • Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Commitment to birth justice, equity, and culturally congruent care.

    Strengths that help

    • Experience in maternal health, reproductive justice, community health, or public health.
    • Familiarity with community doula models and managed care or healthcare partnerships.
    • Comfort with databases and case management systems (e.g., Compyle, Asana, Google

    Workspace).

    Why Join SisterWeb

You’ll lead meaningful, mission-driven work at an organization rooted in the community it

serves, alongside a team committed to dignity, equity, and Black maternal health. SisterWeb

SisterWeb is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We strongly encourage applications from people

who reflect the communities we serve. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and
