    • Assist with the Annual Firm Billing Program, including billing, payments, record management, and working with contacts to amend invoices.
    • Respond to requests for membership data, including but not limited to committee rosters, former members, and match lists, and compare our data to state data.
    • Serve as a liaison during the annual membership list exchange, determining the ideal use of that data and maintaining data integrity.
    • Work with IT staff to ensure the association management system meets department needs, test upgrades, improve queries, and assist with improving the team's overall database use.
    • Serve as point of contact for data related to the Leaders Forum Program.
    • Assist with annual committee appointments by building new committee rosters in the database, preparing correspondence for prospective members, and maintaining updated committee assignments throughout the year.
    • Perform other duties and tasks assigned.
