    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Inclusive Prosperity Capital (IPC) is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Asset Management & Reporting to play a critical dual-role supporting both IPC’s SFA initiative and broader IPC core asset management operations. This full-time position is ideal for a candidate with deep expertise in asset oversight, financial reporting, asset compliance monitoring, and performance analysis within the renewable energy sector.

The role will be split between managing assets and reporting activities under the SFA portfolio and supporting the ongoing needs of IPC’s core asset management functions. This individual will oversee technical performance, ensure compliance with regulatory and incentive requirements, and develop strategies to maximize portfolio efficiency and impact.

Familiarity with tools such as AlsoEnergy Power Track, Salesforce, and inverter-specific monitoring systems is preferred. Experience in both operational and strategic roles within clean energy finance is highly valued.

This position is designed as a remote role with potential travel to our Hartford, CT office and surrounding areas as required. This residential requirement is a non-negotiable condition of employment. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and working closely with the Managing Director of Transactions, this role offers a unique opportunity for an adept and self-motivated asset manager to play an essential role in a small, mission-driven organization making a national impact.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

    Solar Photovoltaic Systems Portfolio Oversight

    • Portfolio Leadership: Oversee the performance and optimization of a multi-state, multi-million-dollar solar asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Project Integration Strategy: Lead the handoff process from transaction execution to asset management, establishing protocols for seamless onboarding and monitoring.
    • Technical Compliance Oversight: Review and interpret system design and performance data to ensure solar assets meet operational benchmarks and contractual obligations.
    • Incentive Strategy Management: Direct internal coordination to ensure compliance with renewable energy credit and incentive filing requirements.
    • O&M Partner Management: Supervise and evaluate third-party operations and maintenance providers to ensure timely resolution of asset performance issues.
    • Market Intelligence & Innovation: Stay current on solar and clean energy technologies, policy shifts, and industry trends to inform portfolio strategy.
    • Warranty & Claims Oversight: Manage the organization’s warranty strategy, including tracking, filing, and resolution of equipment claims.
    • Asset Onboarding Leadership: Lead cross-functional collaboration to bring new assets onto IPC’s monitoring platform with consistent quality and performance controls.

    Portfolio Oversight

    • Compliance & Risk Management: Lead reviews of transaction agreements to ensure ongoing borrower compliance and adherence to funder requirements.
    • Performance Monitoring & Intervention: Establish systems to track borrower obligations and proactively address performance or reporting deficiencies.
    • Risk Assessment Leadership: Design and conduct portfolio-level risk assessments to identify exposure and recommend strategic adjustments.

    Compliance, Impact, and Internal Reporting

    • Impact Reporting Strategy: Manage and refine IPC’s impact reporting framework, aligning metrics with SFA requirements and broader IPC strategic outcomes.
    • Executive-Level Reporting: Prepare and present data-driven performance updates to the Board, senior leadership, and investors, demonstrating both compliance and impact.
    • Data Integrity & Dashboard Oversight: Ensure quality control and strategic use of performance dashboards by coordinating with internal departments and systems leads.

    Leadership and Collaboration

    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and facilitate collaboration between Asset Management, Transactions, Legal, and Accounting teams to support lifecycle asset performance.
    • Strategic Portfolio Ownership: Take full ownership of the asset management strategy, driving continuous improvement, compliance, and impact outcomes across portfolios.
    • Culture & Best Practices Leadership: Promote a culture of community and belonging, high performance, knowledge sharing, and compliance, mentoring staff, and reinforcing organizational best practices.

    Organizational Partnership & Special Projects

    • Executive Support & Special Projects: Partner with the CFO and other IPC leaders on cross-functional initiatives and strategic priorities as assigned.

Other Duties as Assigned: The information above summarizes the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role but does not include every possible task or detail the performance standards required. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor as needed.
