Case Manager, Snohomish County

Anything Helps is hiring a full-time case manager in the Lynnwood area to support our partner Housing Hope through our Capacity Lending program. This position would support two of their buildings, one in Edmonds and one in Everett.

WHO WE WORK WITH

This role regularly works with:

• Families with DCYF involvement and custody/reunification goals
• Survivors managing protection orders and VAWA claims
• People in treatment, exiting treatment, or at risk of relapse
• People with open court cases, probation officers, and convictions to vacate
• Voucher recipients that need help with recertification, undeclared occupants, or ten-day notices
• People with limited education and literacy who want to get their GEDs
• Public benefit recipients with recertification requirements

SALARY & BENEFITS

We pay our frontline staff competitively at $40/hr. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance after 90 days. We invest heavily in technology so you are able to focus on client care and not have to worry about paperwork piling up at the end of the day. Mileage is reimbursed, Combined PTO/Sick bank and Unlimited Unpaid Time Off.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technology and English proficiency, a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation are all required, plus you'll need to clear a Washington State Patrol background check. You also must have professional or lived experience with at least three of the following:

• DCYF Household Involvement
• DV Protection Orders or VAWA applications
• Housing Authority recertifications
• Active substance use and relapse
• Open criminal cases
• DSHS benefits including TANF and SNAP

Two years of professional or lived experience in permanent supportive housing, homelessness services, outreach, behavioral health, or peer support is preferred.
