Community Justice Project is a community lawyering nonprofit based in Miami, FL. Made up of lawyers, researchers, and artists, we support grassroots organizing advancing racial justice and human rights across Florida. CJP is seeking an experienced paralegal professional, ideally with experience working with social justice organizations, to provide substantial legal and administrative support to attorneys for CJP’s Eviction Defense team.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to strengthen the operational foundation of our housing legal team. The Senior Paralegal will supervise and develop associate paralegals, design and maintain the project’s case workflow, and build systems and procedures that keep casework consistent and efficient to support organizational growth.
