DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Union Field Supervisor’s primary areas of responsibility are: Supervision of division staff, furthering the union member leadership program, supervisory oversight of higher education division grievances and arbitrations, developing and implementing contract and other campaigns, and contract negotiations.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead, motivate and inspire members; demonstrate initiative in all aspects of the work while working under general supervision. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary for this role is $99,420 and a weekly travel allowance of $200. 32BJ offers a full benefits package that includes a fully employer-paid medical, dental and vision plan, for full-time employees and their qualified dependents. We offer retirement benefits, including both a defined benefit pension plan and 401K. The Union currently offers a remote work policy of one remote day per week at the discretion of the manager.
