Position Location: Remote in the U.S.
The Program Manager leads Animal Equality’s U.S. plant-based food initiative, Love Veg, with the responsibility of developing strategic content campaigns that inspire people in the United States and Canada to reduce animal product consumption and adopt plant-based foods.
This position oversees high-impact digital and public-facing initiatives designed to grow Love Veg’s reach, relevance, and influence across U.S. audiences. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled content creator who is a natural on camera and experienced in translating food, trends, and behavior-change insights into compelling campaigns that drive measurable engagement.
$60,000 to $65,000 gross per year. Benefits package includes 100% employer-covered health, dental, vision insurance, paid parental leave, a generous vacation package, paid sick time, 1 paid volunteer day per year, 2 floating holidays, and 401(k) with partial employer match.

This is a full-time, salaried, overtime-exempt position. Standard work hours are expected to be approximately forty (40) hours per week. Actual schedules may vary based on operational needs.
