About the Position
Location: Mexico, France & Remote
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will hold a central and connecting role within Hridaya Yoga. You are the bridge between marketing, programs, administration, and external collaborators, helping everything flow smoothly and stay aligned.
This role is both creative and organizational. It’s about holding the bigger picture while gently guiding projects from beginning to completion, making sure nothing gets lost along the way. You will help the team stay connected, focused, and moving forward together.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Experience in digital marketing with a strong coordination or management element
- Ability to hold multiple projects and people at once, keeping things clear and moving
- A broad understanding of marketing (not overly specialized), including:
- Websites / Ecommerce (WordPress/Elementor a plus)
- SEO and SEM (Google Ads)
- Social Media (Organic and Paid)
- Email and CRM Systems (Mailchimp a plus)
- Reporting and Analytics (Google Analytics a plus)
- Experience working with different teams and external collaborators
- Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, project management tools, email platforms, etc.

Key Responsibilities
Holding the Vision & Direction
- Guide and support the overall marketing direction and campaigns
- Ensure all communication and marketing efforts feel aligned, clear, and authentic
- Help evolve and improve existing systems (CRM, email, workflows) where needed
Project Flow & Coordination
- Oversee marketing projects from idea to completion, ensuring steady progress
- Act as a central point of coordination, keeping everyone informed and aligned
- Create simple, clear structures and timelines so projects can move with ease
Team & Communication
- Be the link between marketing, programs, and administration, supporting healthy collaboration
- Stay connected with the communications team, offering guidance and clarity in day-to-day work
- Coordinate with external agencies, ensuring expectations and timelines are understood
- Help strengthen relationships and communication across all parts of the organization
- Maintain a presence in both markets. Follow up on France and Mazunte specific needs and requests
Content & Channels
- Support the creation of campaigns, content, and offerings that reflect Hridaya’s essence
- Oversee website, paid advertising, email, social media, and content ensuring consistency and quality
- Keep all channels aligned and working together as one ecosystem
Planning & Resources
- Help organize marketing plans and priorities throughout the year
- Support mindful use of budget and resources
- Bring structure while staying flexible and responsive to changing needs
Additional Information
- 30–35 hours per week (with some flexibility)
- Possibility to spend time at Hridaya Longeval France and Mexico
- Participation in 2 silent retreats per year
- Participation in modules
- Being part of a living, evolving global spiritual community
