    • Ensure consistent and coherent global program reporting on progress, results, and impact across 3–6 country projects
    • Support the design and implementation of locally grounded project concepts, working closely with local partners, preferably women-led civil society organizations
    • Provide technical advice and quality oversight for projects under the initiative
    • Facilitate knowledge exchange and learning across countries, including global learning events
    • Assist country teams in embedding the global initiative into local contexts and integrating its priorities into WHH and partner strategies across civil society, government, and the private sector
    • Support financial monitoring, including tracking expenditures and revenues and preparing disbursement requests
    • Collaborate closely with Heads of Projects, Technical Advisors (Food Systems, Agriculture/NRM, Nutrition, Market Systems), MEAL Advisors, and other relevant units
    • Liaise with Marketing, CEO, and CPO teams for strategic communication and reporting on the initiative’s progress

    Your profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Agriculture/Nutrition, Food Systems, or a related field
    • Experience in Project/Program Cycle Management (PCM) in multi-country contexts, including budget management
    • Experience in developing and managing large-scale or cross-country programs
    • Technical knowledge in food systems transformation, market systems, and gender-transformative programming approaches
    • Experience collaborating with civil society partners
    • Excellent written communication, reporting, and presentation skills
    • Experience with international foundations and institutional donors engaged in gender-transformative food systems programs is desirable
    • You recognize the growing value of data in your field and are eager to build your awareness and skills to incorporate data-informed approaches into your work
