📢 We’re Hiring: Operations Manager
The Children’s Room is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations that support our staff, volunteers, and families. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, relationship-centered professional who enjoys building systems, supporting people, and creating a welcoming and effective workplace. The Operations Manager oversees office operations, facilities, volunteer coordination, employee experience, organizational systems, and executive support while serving as a key partner to the Executive Director.
