Fund Texas Choice (FTC) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to help Texans equitably access abortion through safe, confidential, and comprehensive travel services and practical support.
Summary: The Development Coordinator is a key member of the team, who will support the organization’s fundraising strategies and ensure effective communication with donors and stakeholders. This position plays a vital role in advancing our mission centered on abortion access and reproductive justice. Primary responsibilities include managing donor databases, processing and tracking contributions, issuing timely donor acknowledgments, and assisting in the development and execution of ambitious fundraising campaigns. The Development Coordinator will contribute to revenue planning by participating in goal-setting discussions, evaluating fundraising opportunities, and helping to organize events in collaboration with internal staff, the board of directors, and external partners. This role may also support the organization’s grant-related activities. The Development Coordinator will work closely with the Communications Coordinator to align messaging and contribute to outward-facing communications, such as newsletters and quarterly and/or annual reports. Some evening and weekend availability is required to support organizational events and fundraising activities.

Status: The position is full-time, exempt, salaried.
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000
