Virtual Assistant / Intake Specialist

Esperanza Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Hispanic families and communities in Cleveland, Ohio. Through our Family Engagement programs and community services we work to strengthen families and help them navigate and engage with the resources and systems available to them.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant / Intake Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for community members and families reaching out to Esperanza for support and services. You will help manage our intake process assist with administrative tasks and ensure that every person who contacts us feels welcomed heard and supported.
