🌟 We're Hiring! Director of Development – Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur (East-West Province) 🌟
Preferred locations for this position: Massachusetts (Northshore/Boston area), California (Belmont, CA area)
Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to making the goodness of God known across the world. Reporting to the East-West Province Leadership Team and leading a dedicated team, the Director of Development (DOD) will shape and implement a comprehensive fundraising and mission advancement strategy.
In collaboration with the Director of Communications and other staff, the DOD will:
✅ Cultivate a unified culture of philanthropy
✅ Advance the mission and charism of the Sisters
✅ Manage and support personal and leadership team portfolio of donors
✅ Help increase awareness and donor participation across the Province
